Origins

Shenhuatranslations was created on February 2, 2020. The meaning of Shenhua represents Mythologies in English, which in definition meant a collection of stories belonging to a cultural or religious tradition. The reason for this name is simple; It is my wish to bring translated novels with a Chinese take on it. This begins with ATAPOW(After Taken as a Prisoner of War, the Vampire Queen Turned Me Into a Vampire and Made Me Her Daughter) and will gradually expand to more series in the future.

A little bit about yourself: As a translator who began his first foray into the manga scene since he was 17, Kurisu has quite the wealthful experience in translating. How I came to fall in love with novels: I happened to chance across Stellar Transformation in Wuxiaworld. The characters, the plot and how it keeps things fresh kept me hooked and the rest is history.

I guess I’ll do the same and say that I believe that I have a good temperament. but I do catch myself getting a little heated when something I don’t like pop’s up.

How you came to love novels: I used to go to my local library and read books when I was younger. One year the library closed and after a while, I ran out of books.
